Opportunity to coach a Cancer Research UK (CRUK) scientist

Over the last four years, almost 40 coaching pairings have been made between Meyler Campbell Mastered graduates and cancer scientists as they progress through the CRUK Future Leaders Programme. This is a wonderful opportunity for scientists to be supported as they take on increasingly complex leadership roles, and for coaches to experience an interesting and complex environment while supporting the world’s major cancer charity making breakthroughs across the prevention, detection and treatment of cancer.

Support this stimulating project now. Please contact Ann Orton for more information or Marjolein Schaap, from the CRUK Future Leaders Programme, to join as a pro bono coach.

We are delighted to announce that Meyler Campbell have formed a partnership with Making the Leap, the social mobility charity founded and led by Meyler Campbell Mastered alumnus Tunde Banjoko. We will offer pro bono coaching to members of the newly formed Black Charity Leaders initiative.

Black Charity Leaders is a first-of-its-kind initiative that seeks to advance race equality in the charity sector. Their mission is to support charities that are keen to bridge the value gap for their early-mid career colleagues of colour.

We are looking forward to working with Jo Foster, Executive Director and with members of the Black Charity Leaders network to support their work and to learn from them how we can improve our own understanding and practise. Together we can be a force for positive change.

At least half a million children in England don’t have a safe or stable home. These children and their families face some of the worst life chances, but we know that great social work has the power to change this..

Frontline is England’s largest social work charity, working to ensure that all children have a safe and stable home, and that their life chances are not limited by their social or family circumstance. We create social change for these children and their families by developing excellent social work practice and leadership through our programmes, and by building a movement of leaders in social work and broader society as part of our Fellowship.

Frontline also provides an opportunity to coach highly motivated employees at every level in a fast growing charity which is working to have a major impact on the lives of the most vulnerable children and families across the country.

During the pandemic, we have all desperately missed seeing the ones we love. But for thousands of people this Christmas, an end to the pandemic restrictions will not be the end of their heartache. Every 90 seconds a child or adult in the UK is reported missing, the majority due to mental health, sexual exploitation and abuse. Missing People urgently need your help, so their expert team at the charity can be there to give free support every day for people in crisis.
