Psychologist turned consultant to many of the world's most admired companies.
Eyal began his career as a Psychologist working mainly with a challenging inner-city population in New York City. In 1998 he transitioned to working in the corporate world, focusing on leadership assessment and coaching. Since joining Meyler Campbell as a Faculty member, he has tremendously enjoyed supporting other coaches in developing their own capabilities.
The ongoing highlight in his career is giving people the support to become the best that they can be, and Eyal has seen coaching have a tremendously positive, at times transformational, impact: because when it is practiced with a sense of partnership, courage and care, coaching has the power to clarify purpose, enhance thinking and open up new ways of experiencing and behaving.
He believes that what works for one person may not work for another and underlying his eclectic methodological approach is the commitment to help others access new and sustainable ways of thinking and behaving that are effective – and in line with their authentic values.
