She is also a trustee of Spurgeons Children’s Charity and a non-exec advisor to Flex Legal and Just Capital Quotient.

A dynamic and integrative coach, Jenni particularly loves working in the context of transformational change. She unites fierce intellect, big heart, and sleeves-up pragmatism to deliver lasting results. She helps leaders and teams to foster radical inclusion, build relationships and create dynamic communities across boundaries. Her approach to change enables people and organisations to flourish and to respond more quickly, intentionally and joyfully to the rapidly changing context in which they operate.
