  • MC Coaching Incubator established

A group of 24 recent graduates has established a coaching incubator with the aim of supporting new coaches to continue their coaching journey. The group had its first meeting on June 20th, where 15 attendees established the group's purpose, values, and operating model. The key points were outlined as: a supportive network, continued practice coaching, career and business development, and a knowledge bank.  The group plans to meet four times per year and can already see the benefits coming from the diversity of the group and the connections being made.  The initiative was started by John Maxwell who completed the Mastered programme early in 2019. John commented, “I recognised early on that it is not easy to build a practice from scratch. I had noticed in the tech start-up field that there are fantastic support networks in the form of incubators and accelerator programmes. Why not have the same for coaching? Having the support is key, along with having a network of great people with whom to collaborate on larger projects.”

Our community has access to wonderful blog articles written by other members of the community.
