We are delighted to announce Kirstan Marnane as Meyler Campbell's newest member of faculty. Kirstan graduated from the Mastered programme in 2011, and will begin her role as a tutor in the new year.
Kirstan has coached senior executives across levels, sectors and industries for the last 20 years. Of all her professional activities, she gets most satisfaction from coaching and provides a space for optimal performance and well-being for her clients - challenge and a safe haven.
Kirstan spent over 15 years at McKinsey & Company where she worked one to one with many CEOs and their top teams on issues including team alignment, post-merger management, performance improvement, talent management, and cultural change. Kirstan is a Meyler Campbell qualified business coach and a founding member of the Institute of Coaching affiliated with Harvard’s Medical School.
She is faculty on a number of executive leadership programs and continues to lead McKinsey's flagship Remarkable Women Program, dedicated to unleashing leadership skills in women executives. Kirstan harnesses her experience to help her clients – from individuals to executive teams and corporate boards – identify and use their strengths to tackle tough issues, define their vision, and stay energised and on track to where they want to go. A focus on strengths and 'appreciative inquiry' are red threads running through her work.
Kirstan has lived and worked in China, Italy, Germany and France, working as a journalist, teacher, and literary agent. She has lived in the UK for 20 years.
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Kirstan to the Meyler Campbell faculty, and would encourage the community to come and meet her at her Coaching Fishbowl on Wednesday the 10th of May.
