We're Hiring!

We're recruiting for a part-time experienced administrator to join our Team in the Bromley office.

Purpose of the role:
To work as part of our team delivering high quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business and efficient operation of its programmes and events.

This role reports to and is accountable to the Programme Manager.

Key accountabilities:

CPD Events
Managing the administrative preparation for all events in a timely and professional manner.  Monitoring and managing the costs for each individual event to ensure best value for Meyler Campbell.

Mastered and Unleashed Programmes
Assisting the Programme Manager with on-boarding new coaches in order that they can start their course fully prepared and feeling supported. Ensuring that contracts have been accurately prepared and issued and that the relevant psychometric questionnaires have been ordered and completed before commencement of the Programme. Helping with participants' ongoing questions as they progress though the Programme to Graduation.

Client Care
Administering the Client Care questionnaires at specific points during the Mastered Programme and monitoring their feedback, sharing any concerns raised immediately with the CEO.

Practice Client Scheme
Matching up potential coachees with the coaches going through the Mastered Programme and making the appropriate introductions. Managing any additional practice client schemes that occur during the year.

Ongoing maintenance of the company database to ensure accurate records at all times.

Assisting the Programme Director in maintaining current accreditations, researching new ones as directed and accurately completing the submissions.

Any additional administrative tasks as required and requested by the CEO.
Assisting on marketing tasks where needed.
Helping to organise various round-table events throughout the year and Sales Events as necessary.
Assisting, organising or managing new projects as they occur.
Reciprocal support of all the other team members.

Educated to A-level standard or above
Experience in a busy administrative role
Articulate, confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent English, both spoken and written
Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy and proof-reading skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft word/excel/outlook
Good problem solving skills

Ability to work well in a small team
Quick to learn and absorb information
Ability to organise and prioritise workload
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others


This is a part time role. The hours are 22.5 hours per week and we're flexible regarding the days.‚Äč
