Adrian Furnham

Educated at the London School of Economics and Oxford University, Professor Adrian Furnham is both a pre-eminent academic and a practising business / leadership coach. He keeps in constant contact with the real world of senior business through his consultancy, research, lecturing and writing.

Previously a lecturer in Psychology at Pembroke College, Oxford, he was Professor of Psychology at University College London from 1992 to 2018, and has also held appointments as Adjunct Professor of Management at the Norwegian School of Management and Visiting Professor of Mamagement at Henley Management College. He has lectured widely abroad, having held scholarships and visiting professorships at several institutions including the univerisities of New South Wales, the West Indies, Hong Kong, and KwaZulu-Natal.

Having written over 1200 scientific papers and 85 books, he believes work is more fun than fun and considers himself to be a well-adjusted workaholic.
