Jenni Emery is a leading expert in people, culture and change, and author of Leading for Organisational Change: Building Purpose, Motivation and Belonging (Wiley, 2019). She was listed on the Financial Times 2019 list of Top 100 Influential Women in Engineering in UK and Europe, and is also a published poet.
A lawyer and coach by background, Jenni did the Mastered programme in 2008 and has spent twenty years designing and delivering strategy, leading change and using coaching to unlock potential across the world’s largest professional service firms. Jenni is currently People Director at Advent International, the private equity firm. She is also a trustee of Spurgeons Children’s Charity and a non-exec advisor to Just Capital Quotient.
