Penny Moyle

Penny is the former CEO of OPP Ltd., one of Europe’s leading providers of business psychology services and assessments.   For over 25 years she has been applying psychometric insights to bring value to organisations and the people who work in them.  She attributes her success in business to the application of psychological tools and techniques in her day to day management roles, and is passionate about creating change that is transformative, both for organisations and the people working in them.

Penny’s early career as a researcher in the Department of Experimental Psychology in Oxford University has shaped her practice as a business psychologist.  Her research foundation informs a strongly evidence-based practice, and her findings relating to workplace stress, personality and change have underpinned much of her work.

Her enthusiastic approach combines sharing her accumulated knowledge and experience with a balance of non-directive exploration, support and challenge. Her clients find that she is instrumental in helping them to clarify their thinking so they can get more done.

Her expertise in developing, translating and applying the insights from personality assessments make her sought after as a consultant, a trusted advisor to HR specialists, and a speaker at academic and industry conferences.  In addition to her practice as a business coach, Penny enjoys working with clients on initiatives relating to leadership and team development, resilience and change management.   Her work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) has been particularly impactful, including robust and academically-grounded defence against the many vocal, but often misguided critics.  She also has deep expertise in a range of other psychometrics, favourites including the FIRO-B, TKI and 16pf.
