Leadership Development Expert and Coach. Former Magic Circle lawyer and General Counsel.
Sarah focuses on developing leaders and future leaders. She brings a unique combination of over 15 years as an executive coach and over two decades of experience at board level in London and the USA, as a Magic Circle lawyer and PLC General Counsel.
Sarah combines her executive coaching practice at Martin & Levin, with her membership of Meyler Campbell faculty and her work at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, where she has designed and directed award-winning leadership programmes for international law firms.
After four decades of professional life, Sarah is committed to using her strengths and network to help clients increase the representation and influence of successful women at partner, director, and leadership levels and to build stronger pipelines of diverse talent. She has coached many successful law firm partners and General Counsel.
Sarah is a Sloan Fellow with an MSc in Leadership in 2006 from London Business School where she followed her interest in leadership and top team dynamics, graduating as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell in 2007.
Sarah works with her clients to develop a clearer understanding and a deeper appreciation of what drives them, what they enjoy, of where their strengths lie and when they are at their best, building in them the confidence to succeed and to build a sustainable career. For Sarah, the power of coaching lies in the fact that it is truly bespoke. The answers to their most demanding challenges already lie within each client and coaching helps to discover them. The best response will always be specific to their unique strengths and circumstances and coaching helps unleash their best thinking and create a practical action plan.
