Saverio Grazioli-Venier

Saverio is an experienced Executive Coach who works internationally and across sectors. His clients include FTSE 100 companies, professional athletes, globally renowned actors, entrepreneurs, and leaders within Higher Education.

The approach Saverio takes is bespoke to each client and blends peak performance sports techniques with established methods of business coaching. He is deeply committed to creating momentum in a short space of time helping clients achieve more than they initially think possible. Saverio also believes that the coaching experience should be as enjoyable as it is personally rewarding.

Prior to coaching, Saverio established an in-house executive search function for King’s College London, the first of its kind in Higher Education. He previously worked for global executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, and has held various company leadership positions. In these roles, he advised leaders on topics including succession planning, board level hires and senior team building.

Saverio is a graduate of The Meyler Campbell Mastered programme and is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard’s McLean Hospital. He holds a graduate degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Duke University.

Saverio is a dual Italian and American citizen and grew up between Rome and New York. He loves tennis and photography.
