In this fireside chat styled session, Scott Singer (Mastered graduate and leading advisor on data privacy law) and Richard Mackin (Meyler Campbell Faculty and Partner at The Alexander Partnership) will share a myriad of practical tips to help coaches think more intentionally about data privacy in coaching, as well as sharing where and why things might go wrong. They will be answering any burning questions you may have, as well as spotlighting some of the questions they think you should be asking yourselves.
Expect to leave this 90-minute event with more confidence in navigating data privacy and GDPR as a coach to ensure you stay on the right side of the rules.
About Scott Singer
Scott Singer is a Meyler Campbell 2026 Mastered graduate and a Partner at global law firm Dentons, where he chairs Dentons Helix and advises on data privacy, technology and AI. Scott has worked in this area for over 25 years, advising clients on data privacy issues across a wide range of high-profile matters, from issues arising out of the News of the World phone-hacking litigation to the recent M&S cyber incident.
About Richard Macklin
Richard Macklin is a Meyler Campbell Faculty member, a 2016 Mastered graduate, and Partner at The Alexander Partnership. As the former Global Vice Chair of Dentons, a role that required a detailed understanding of client care and professional ethics, Richard is very suited to facilitate this important conversation.
