Transitions are woven through both our coaching and our lives. They might be prompted by a new leadership role, redundancy, retirement, loss, success, parenthood or a growing sense that something needs to change. Whatever their source, transitions often reach far beyond practical decisions and strike at the very heart of identity. Transitions rarely ask us simply to do something different; they often invite us to become someone different.

As coaches, these moments can be some of the most rewarding – and demanding -work we do. They invite us to balance challenge with compassion, uncertainty with possibility, and to accompany clients as they discover not simply what comes next, but who they are becoming.

Join Faculty Member Liz Gooster and experienced coaching supervisor Linda Feerick for an interactive afternoon exploring the richness and complexity of transitions.

Together we will:

• Explore different perspectives, models and ways of working with transitions
• Share our own experiences, insights and practical resources
• Host a small group supervision exercise to ground learning and insights in real life examples
• Reflect on how we might need to transition as coaches in order to be even more effective for our clients in this area

There will also be plenty of opportunity for conversation, connection and networking, with optional food and drinks afterwards for anyone who would like to continue the discussion.
