How do coaches demonstrate the impact of the coaching that they deliver into organisations?
While measuring impact and demonstrating ROI can be difficult for a complex and personalised intervention such as coaching, there are best practices that coaches can utilise to evidence the impact of the work that they do.
For this Connect & Learn event, we will be joined by Meyler Campbell Chief Science Officer Simmy Grover. An academic and practitioner in the field of coaching and organisational psychology, whose notable academic publication “Coaching as a Developmental Intervention in Organisations” which was a systematic review of the effectiveness of coaching in organisational settings that is very relevant to this topic.
Leveraging the academic literature around, Simmy will explore the mechanisms that coaches can employ to highlight the efficacy of their coaching engagements.
Simmy Grover is the Chief Science Officer at Meyler Campbell alongside her role as a Faculty Member. She is an academic and practitioner in the field of coaching and organisational psychology.
