Our three core programmes address each aspect of this directly.
The Mastered programme is designed for professionals who want to develop a coaching practice at executive level. The programme can be completed in 10-12 months, uses a 1-to-3 Faculty-to-student tutorial model, and leads to EMCC individual accreditation on completion.

Unleashed is our leadership development programme for senior executives who want to lead differently. It develops the listening, questioning and conversational skills that underpin coaching — applied to the day-to-day reality of leading people and organisations.
Participants leave with a markedly different approach to the conversations they hold and the culture they create around them. It is practical, challenging and grounded in real professional experience.

Yes. The Unleashed programme is delivered in-house for organisations. We work with HR and L&D teams to design the right approach for their context and objectives.
