Simon was appointed Meyler Campbell CEO in September 2025. He graduated from the Mastered programme in 2020. He is a member of the firm’s Board and a Partner at Spencer Stuart. He has extensive leadership experience and has served many global clients. Based in London, Simon has also lived in New York and in Hong Kong.
As a leadership advisor, Simon has been involved in various coaching-related projects working with senior business leaders to help them achieve the very best outcomes. He has coached around various events including accelerating performance in new roles or changing companies; supporting professionals facing challenges in their current environment; or those meeting changes in the work/life environment.
Working to help others has always been one of Simon’s core values. Simon cares deeply about the positive impact it can have, whether professionally or personally, and believes that we all have the opportunity to be a better person, to show up differently and to drive better outcomes. It is part of what he has relished as an advisor to many senior business leaders both in the UK and internationally, and it is something he values as a volunteer to SHOUT – a 24/7 text messaging service for those in need of help.
