FAQs

Each assignment is unique and to ensure it is positioned for success, we take a detailed brief about the individual to be coached and their development needs and aspirations for the coaching. We will review our Trusted coaches and suggest three of the most appropriate coaches for the assignment.

Yes. Our Trusted service matches senior leaders and organisations with coaches from our graduate network. All Trusted coaches are Mastered graduates with substantial senior leadership experience of their own.

After an initial conversation and once we have a clear brief, we can typically provide a shortlist within a few working days. Chemistry conversations are usually arranged shortly after that to ensure a suitable coaching relationship is acquired.
