But we know that teamwork has evolved from simply a power giving coach or the chance to transcend our limits, forging strengths and abilities together that could not exist outside the team.

Our Unlimited programme brings together practising executive coaches, who are committed to becoming Team Coaches — and helps them develop confidence and skills together.

This is not a ‘course’. It is a development programme for experienced coaches.
It’s an opportunity to learn and build on all that you already know and can do, while acquiring a whole new set of skills and tools. You’ll renew your knowledge and capabilities and give you the confidence to express your practice with the team coaching space to embrace and extend your existing team coaching practice.
Through a single, shared set of frameworks and supporting methods, methodologies, insights, challenges, or might you can create — and discover those solutions together.
There are 4 elements to the Unlimited programme:
Taught Content.
Taught Content. 5 half-day modules, delivered as key thought throughout the programme.
Your own Team Coaching Project
Who will you coach with your cohort and a mentor.
Group and Individual Supervision
To accompany the taught modules.
Your Experience and Learning Record
Your experience and observation throughout the programme together with any other supervision or relevant context.
The programme is supported by a number of supervisor or mentors, working each with each, which will be annotated and built on as an evolving reflection resource to be a record of practice, showing the wonder of new skills, perspectives and participation in the Unlimited programme.
On completion, a panel of Meyler Campbell Faculty members will review your experience and the workbook before confirming your qualification.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The Unlimited programme comprises two core modules and three focused modules supported by supervision. The path to accreditation requires that the modules are undertaken to Team Coaching Project, participation in Supervision, and the generation of the Experience and Learning Record. The path to certification is completed through these 5 modules.
These five modules form the basis of the learning approach for the programme and participants are required to take them sequentially.
TEAM COACHING FUNDAMENTALS
Establishes the context for working with coaching and individual coaching and introduces the core concepts.
PARAMETERS OF TEAM COACHING
Introduces the role, task and nature of teamwork and how to observe team coaching practice from coaching through to intervention.
TEAMS IN CONTEXT
Explores systems thinking in relation to teams, the influence of context on a team.
TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS
Adapting, deepening, and applying individual awareness to the impact on team performance, and for looking at the team as a whole.
To qualify as an Unlimited Coach, participants are required to complete a project to demonstrate their ability to coach a team from contracting to intervention.
