IN PERSON TICKET
This is a IN PERSON ticket for Leading Through Disruption with Stephen Page

In today’s fast-paced world, the leaders we coach inevitably face periods of losing control in a disruptive crisis – whether that’s driven by external events or internal challenges. To coach them successfully through crises, we need to meet our clients with understanding and empathy.
Mastered alumnus Stephen Page will bring to this session his experiences as both a CEO and a coach. He led Faber & Faber, a leading independent publisher, through the technological revolutions of the first two decades of this century. As a coach, he works extensively in the disrupted media and creative industries and has worked with many leaders whose commercial and cultural norms have been upended. In this session, Stephen will bring to the conversation candid accounts, practical examples and insight into what has worked well, and what has failed in both roles.
By attending this event you can expect Stephen to share practical tips coaches can take forwards into their coaching conversations, including:
There’s no playbook for supporting a leader in these circumstances. As coaches we need to bring our compassion, acute listening and responsiveness as we travel with them, and in this session, Stephen will share some of the journeys he has undertaken on both sides of the fence.
Stephen Page is an Alumnus of Meyler Campbell Mastered with over thirty years in the publishing sector, most notably as Chief Executive of Faber & Faber. Stephen launched his own coaching practice in 2022, coaching leaders across many sectors including creative and cultural.
Stephen came to coaching after thirty years of leadership in the creative industries. Working with literature and writers was steeped in the enquiry into the human condition that underpins his interest in coaching, and also offered a permanent need to work in partnership with another person to create success.
He has worked closely with charities, arts organisations, and the UK Government, leading attempts to persuade successive administrations of the value of human stories and respect for creators. As an identical twin he believes his fascination with identity and personality began right at the beginning. Everyone knew who he was, but just not which one. And perhaps this is the reason he became a coach.
