Be a part of the Hoban Global Leader Effectiveness study
Gillian Hyde, Meyler Campbell alumnus and Director at Psychological Consultancy Ltd (PCL), is working with the team at Hogan Assessments to conduct a groundbreaking study on effective leadership.
If you’ve ever worked with a leader (or had a boss!), they need your help to uncover the characteristics and values that drive leadership success.
By taking part, you’ll help define what effective leadership looks like, including:
Excitingly, if more than 10 members of the Meyler Campbell community complete the assessment, we’ll be able to share anonymised comparisons between the Meyler Campbell group and the broader dataset. To enable this, please write ‘Meyler Campbell’ in response to the ‘What company do you work for?’ question.
PCL is also offering a FREE HPI Career Report to every participant from the Meyler Campbell community. Just screenshot your survey completion page and email it to: amy@psychological-consultancy.com before the deadline of 18th August. The Career Report describes how a person is likely to act in various business circumstances, identifies strengths and shortcomings, and includes detailed developmental tips.
Take the 15 minute survey ⮕ https://hubs.ly/Q02Sd12C0 and don’t forget to write ‘Meyler Campbell’ when asked what company you work for!
This anonymous survey contributes to a global research report that will be shared by Hogan Assessments.
Date: Wednesday 10th September 2025
Time: 5:30pm to 7:30pm (UK)
Venue: The Royal Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole St, London W1G 0AE
