Congratulations to our 2026 Mastered Graduates
We had a wonderful graduation ceremony last week celebrating our newest graduates, who have successfully graduated from our business coach programme, Mastered. Surrounded by family, friends, fellow Meyler Campbell alumni, and members of our faculty and management team, it was a truly special occasion.
We are greatly appreciative of our guest speaker, Ivan Schofield, for delivering a thoughtful and inspiring closing address to mark the occasion for our newest alumni.
Once again, our warmest congratulations to all of this year’s graduates.

How coaching can help you to become a research leader
We were delighted to read the recent article from Marjolein Schaap on “How coaching can help you become a research leader”, highlighting the partnership we have with Cancer Research UK Science and Innovation and the value of the quality coaching provided by Meyler Campbell trained coaches.
To read the positive impact that coaching has had for these three researchers, and what the coaching sessions has unlocked for them, shows what can be achieved when leaders are given the chance to step back, challenge their own thinking, and find the solutions within themselves all along.
The CEO Doesn’t Change Alone by Cayetana Hurtado
Supporting change is at the heart of what our clients are asking us to do and in her Insights article Cayetana Hurtado, a 2024 Mastered graduate and Founder at Gangtey, touches upon a struggle that many coaches are familiar with.
She discusses something that is often overlooked when trying to change the behaviour of our coaching clients: the people and relationships that sit around them. Without those individuals adapting to the new normal, change is more likely to fail.
The question the article proposes is: what is the solution?
