A major investment management firm came to Meyler Campbell when they started to notice bottlenecks in their decision making and a lack of communication across the organisation.

Having rapidly grown from a small firm to a larger one, their leadership team realised that they were not as efficient in their oversight of all major decisions and that a new management approach and leadership coaching skills would be needed.

Working with Meyler Campbell, a customised programme was designed to catalyse a shift in culture from an expert ‘telling’ style, to a more non-directive coaching style of leadership, that harnesses the collective intellect and potential of all perspectives. Starting with the C-suite and then rolling out to senior leadership teams across various locations, individuals learned about themselves and each other, as well as developing coaching techniques for deploying in their day-to-day roles.
