We are thrilled to be running a Mastered programme in Germany later this year and are hosting an introductory session in February for those interested in finding out more.
Meyler Campbell Mastered enables proven leaders and talented professionals to master the skills of business coaching. If you, or anyone you know, might be interested in learning more about the Mastered Programme, perhaps you’d like to join us on Wednesday 28th February 2024 for an ‘Introduction to Mastered’ with our CEO Guy Ashton, members of our faculty and recent Mastered alumni.
If you’re in transition and are considering a portfolio career, a second career in business coaching or you’d like to develop your coaching skills, then come along, and learn more so that you can decide whether business coaching is for you.
While we are hosting this event specifically to run a syndicate in Germany, please do come along and join us if you wish to attend a UK based syndicate as questions you might have will still be relevant to this session.
Date: Wednesday 28th February 2024
Venue: Zoom, details to be shared once confirmation of attendance.
Time: 3:00pm – 4:00pm (UK)
If you would like to attend, please email milliefeatherstone@meylercampbell.com to reserve a place or forward this email to someone you know might be interested.
Group Supervision in 2024
Each year Meyler Campbell invites experienced supervisors to run Group Supervision sessions throughout the year for our alumni. For the last few years, we have been working with Bill Critchley & Linda Feerick and we thank them for their involvement and expertise shared with those who took part in their individual sessions. For 2024, we are delighted to be working with two new supervisors: Catherine Gorham & William Winstone.
Why might a coach want a supervisor?
There are a number of situations, experiences, or challenges that might cause a coach to pause in the session, experience doubts or to temporarily lose their balance. This is where supervision can help.
How can supervision help?
Supervision provides coaches with an opportunity for quality assurance, a place to check and confirm that you’re acting in the best interest for both your clients – the coachee and the organisation. It also provides a safe and professional outlet to speak to someone in confidence. Coaches can also use supervision as an opportunity to benchmark your own performance and see where there is opportunity for growth and improvement.
How does Group Supervision work?
Every other month, Meyler Campbell runs an online, two hour Group Supervision session with a dedicated supervisor. Each individual session has a maximum of 7 people in attendance and we accept these on a first come first served basis.
The first session is with Catherine Gorham on Thursday 22nd February.
