A message to the community

Dear Meyler Campbell Community,

I took over from the already legendary Catherine Devitt as CEO of Meyler Campbell on 1^st April 2023. I found, as expected, a business and a community in tremendous shape. Catherine’s legacy, built on the business founded by Anne Scoular in 1999, is characterised by a great team in the office, a vibrant community of alumni and friends, a wide range of grateful and supportive clients, an incredibly high-quality faculty, and a wonderful portfolio of programmes – Mastered, Unlimited, Unleashed at its centre.

Over the last few weeks I have embarked on a process of listening;  I have had conversations with every member of faculty, with our suppliers and partners, with pretty much all our clients, and a huge number of current, prospective and past syndicate members. My aim has been to get really clear on what Meyler Campbell stands for – what lies at the core of its excellence – and then craft a strategy that both respects the past and builds on it.

As I head off on summer holidays, I am reflecting on the great privilege of being entrusted with such a wonderful organisation’s future, and I look forward to a number of initiatives that will gradually help deepen and strengthen the wonderful business and community I am so lucky to be part of.  More to come….
