Webinars for Leaders

We are delighted to announce that we have developed two new interactive webinars for leaders to help them to navigate the complexities of re-entry post lockdown and to prepare them for some of the challenging conversations they will need to have. These webinars will be delivered by Meyler Campbell Faculty and will take account of your specific organisational context. Contact us directly at info@meylercampbell.com to find out more.

Open Unleashed
We are currently taking recommendations for the next Open Unleashed Programme in September 2020. If you know a leader who would benefit from developing their coaching skill-set then please get in touch.

The Mastered Programme
As we move towards a time when we can again meet in person it is our intention to offer Mastered as both a face-to-face and a virtual programme to enable us to cater for those who cannot actually attend the programme but want to participate in it. The last few months have proven that this can be done to great effect and we are excited to offer it now in both formats. 

We are keen to get all of your recommendations for new participants on the programme, as always we are actively seeking women and representatives from the black, Asian and minority ethnic communities.

Meyler Campbell Communications – The Bulletin
For the first 8 weeks of the lockdown we issued a weekly bulletin of curated content following which we moved its production to a fortnightly cycle as the demand for immediate information lessened. We are now moving to our Summer schedule and the bulletin will be issued once in July and once in August. Please continue to let us know of anything you would like to see featured in it and thank you for all of your feedback, ideas and input to date. We really appreciate it.

Coaching Fishbowl with Kirstan Marnane

Introduction to 360 Feedback & Individual Feedback Tools with Jon Stokes

Jon Stokes is a Meyler Campbell Faculty Member and a world expert in psychodynamically-based coaching. In this highly practical session, Jon will offer a brief overview of some of the different ways of collecting and providing effective 360° feedback using both interview and online based approaches.

It is rare for us to publish a Mastered candidate’s reflective essay before they have graduated. However we felt that Niamh Dawson’s essay was so timely, insightful and helpful to all those of us coaching during the pandemic that we would share it with the Meyler Campbell community. Thank you Niamh.

RESOURCES AND LEARNING

How to be a true ally
Recent events have given us a stark reminder of how deeply embedded systemic racism is in our societies. It left many of us feeling that we wanted to do something but unsure of what we could do. In this short video actor Obioma Ugoala outlines 4 steps we can take to become true allies.

Love, football and difference
Meyler Campbell graduate Nina Dar has written widely on the subject of change and has now branched out into making podcasts.
