Faculty Announcement
Dear friends,
So much of our reputation is founded on our community and, in particular, the calibre of our Faculty, bringing a remarkable breadth of knowledge and expertise to our Mastered programme and beyond.
Being a Faculty member requires a commitment of time and energy and sometimes personal and professional priorities can change. So it is with a huge sense of appreciation, that we wanted to let you know that Ann Orton, Dick Tyler, Guy Ashton, Jenni Emery, and Nadeem Baig are stepping down from their roles on Faculty.
Together this group represents over 50 years of collective tenure on Faculty and they are going to be missed but we hope they will continue to be an important part of our community.
At the same time, we are thrilled to be welcoming Langley Sharp (previously announced) and Simon Calver (more below) to our Faculty. We will also share news on additional appointments over the next months.
Looking ahead, we know you will echo our heart-felt thanks to them all for their support and commitment to Meyler Campbell over the years, and we hope that you will all join us this July at the Summer Drinks (Wednesday 1st July) where we will recognise and celebrate their individual contributions.
With very best wishes to you all – with many celebrating tomorrow’s May Day.
Simon Fenton
Meyler Campbell CEO

Learn from the Community
Congratulations to Mastered alumna Alex Rickard for recently completing a 46-mile trek along the King’s Trail in northern Sweden, one of the most isolated regions of the Arctic. Alex embraced the challenge as a powerful personal adventure and an opportunity to step into the unknown, saying “it was out of my comfort zone, but with a mindset that I could do it!”. A fantastic achievement, well done.
In this episode of The Change Troubleshooter, Mastered alumna Nina Dar is joined by fellow graduate Elpie Bannister to explore change, creativity, and personal growth. They look at how small shifts can create meaningful transformation in the way we think, work, and live, drawing on coaching moments from Your Move: The Human Reset.
Interpreting personality profiles through the lens of cognitive ability
This article by alumna Gillian Hyde explores how personality profiles can be better understood when viewed alongside cognitive ability. Gillian argues that personality assessments don’t exist in isolation — how people interpret, respond to, and perform on these tools is influenced by their level of cognitive ability.
