‘Class of 2025’ February Event
Every year, Meyler Campbell ensures that the current graduating year group are brought together to meet with fellow coaches on the Mastered programme. We host a Welcome event, from which a number of ‘Class of’ representatives volunteer and then organise further social learning and networking events for their graduating year group.
Last night, at the Alice Black Gallery, a number of these coaches came together for an informal evening event for their ‘Class of 2025’ graduating year group. The purpose of this event was to better understand what activities would be most valuable for coaches across current syndicates, with a view to running complimentary events alongside the Mastered programme and CPD opportunities already available. James Mountford, one of the ‘Class of’ representatives, shared how the evening went:
“The evening was great fun; a dozen people were able to join. There was appetite for learning sessions focused on topics of particular relevance to those starting out as coaches – such as hearing from coaches two to three years into their practice, as well as establishing a peer-learning forum focusing on questions, challenges and successes, to share with a group of peers who are diverse yet at the same time have needs in common.”
We hope that everyone who was able to attend had an enjoyable and fulfilling evening.
