As one door closes……..

Catherine Devitt is stepping down from her role as Meyler Campbell CEO on March 31st following more than 7 years in the role. It has been a period of significant growth and change in the business and we are very grateful for all she has done to lead us through that period. She leaves the business stronger, better connected, globally respected and facing into a very positive future. We wish Catherine well in whatever she chooses to do next.

And we are delighted now to announce that following a very extensive search process we have appointed our new CEO, Meyler Campbell Faculty member and Mastered Alumnus, Guy Ashton.

Guy has been an active member of the MC community since 2015. He will be well known to very many of you already and for those of you who haven’t yet met him we hope that you will have that opportunity very soon. Please join us in welcoming Guy to his new role, we know that we can count on you all to support him.

Leader As Coach included in HBRs 10 Must Reads for Mid-Level Managers
This summer Harvard Business Review Press is launching a new book in its HBR’s 10 Must Reads series: HBR’s 10 Must Reads for Mid-Level Managers. We are delighted to confirm that Anne & Herminia’s article, “The Leader as Coach” has been selected by the editors for this highly curated volume.
