Appointment of Liz Gooster as Alumni Ambassador & Simmy Grover as Chief Science Officer

Liz Gooster, Alumni Ambassador

The Alumni Ambassador is a new role created to provide a listening partner and additional point of connection for our growing graduate community. We are keen to maintain and enhance a sense of belonging for our alumni. We want you to feel connected, known, included and heard. So we genuinely want to understand how you feel, and to gather ideas for possible changes and improvements to what we do. Liz will be finding a variety of ways for us to talk with you and hear what you have to say. Please do also feel free to contact Liz if you have any suggestions about how you believe we could strengthen the Meyler Campbell community. And of course, please do continue to have the conversations you are already having with your Tutors, other Faculty members and the MC team: we see this new Ambassador role as an enrichment rather than a replacement. Liz is looking forward to talking with you!

Simmy Grover, Chief Science Officer

The Chief Science Officer is a new role created to provide a research partner and data and measurement expertise for Meyler Campbell. We are keen to continue and develop the learning and training we provide. Further, we want to expand our expertise to help our community with implementing effective coaching interventions, by leveraging existing academic research and methodology. The overall goal of this role is to leverage data and research to make Meyler Campbell more effective and impactful at what is does best.

We want to say thank you

Throughout the year, we receive regular recommendations for applicants of our Mastered, Unleashed and – more recently – our Unlimited programme. We wanted to take this opportunity to publicly thank those who continue to be involved in the Meyler Campbell community and recommend Meyler Campbell programmes to their family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances.

Thank you.

In loving memory of Jean Chalcraft

Jean was a beloved member of the Meyler Campbell team for over 10 years and we are deeply saddened by the news of her recent passing. Jean was a wonderful person, full of joy with a heart of gold and will be missed greatly by her family and friends and the Meyler Campbell community.

Rest in peace Jean.

A Space Between

Friday 10th November, 2:00pm – 4:00pm, St Ethelburga’s on Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street

Whilst they have known each other for many years, Penny Terndrup & Saiyyidah Zaidi connected more deeply during the pandemic. As their friendship developed, they realised that the differences and similarities that bring them together as seasoned coaches could also create a place of exploration for others. Here is where ‘A Space Between’ emerged.

Penny & Saiyyidah invite you to explore self-leadership and join them in November to step back, reflect, be challenged, gain perspective and clarity to come away refreshed and in a different place.

Please message either Penny or Saiyyidah directly to find out more and book a spot for what we know will be an amazing event and experience.
