Dear Meyler Campbell community members,

I hope that this message finds you well and that you are looking forward to some downtime over the festive season.

I am writing to update you on a leadership change for the organisation.

After serving as Meyler Campbell’s CEO for nearly two years, Guy Ashton has decided to return to his role as part of our faculty, where he will re-engage in coaching, teaching and supervising, after a well-deserved sabbatical of a few months.

On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Guy for the time and energy he invested in steering the organisation, the progress he made in strengthening its operating model and the relationships he has built with clients and partners. Personally, I will keep great memories of my regular and enjoyable conversations with Guy, through which I gained an even greater admiration for this wonderful organisation. We look forward to building on these achievements going forward and are excited by the opportunities in front of us.

As a Board, we agreed that we needed to give ourselves the time and space to find the best possible CEO. I am, therefore, hugely grateful that two Board members, Simon Fenton and Catherine Devitt, have agreed to step in on an interim basis, starting on 1st January. Simon, who has had various senior leadership roles over the years at Spencer Stuart, is a practicing coach and graduate of the Mastered programme, and will serve as interim CEO. He will partner with Catherine Devitt in leading the faculty. Their focus will be on continuity: delivering impactful programmes, striving for excellence and creating a vibrant community.

Please join us in wishing Guy all the best and congratulating Simon and Catherine as they take on their new leadership roles.

My very best wishes for the holiday season.

All the best,

Sabine

Chair of the Board, Meyler Campbell
