Mastered Programme Journey
There are no ‘set’ start dates – a syndicate of three starts whenever we have the right group of carefully selected people ready to commence. In practice, this means that we have syndicates starting each month throughout the year. This also allows for flexibility to agree your own tutorial dates and times with your tutor and fellow participants on days and times that suit you. Over the course of your Mastered journey you will participate in nine tutorials, usually occurring every four to six weeks, that will mix taught content learning and discussions with coaching practice, observation and feedback – all focusing on real practice issues and problem solving.
The programme usually takes ten to twelve months and must be completed within two years. Your training can be delivered in person, or online, or both, and this will be decided and agreed at the start of your journey. Delivery online also allows for particpants from all around the world to take part in the programme, however, many of our non-UK participants do also travel to London to learn in person with their syndicates.
On completion, you will receive your Meyler Campbell Mastered Certificate and join that year’s graduates in London for a special evening to celebrate your success, with many previous alumni joining to celebrate with you. The opportunity for ongoing learning with the community is available through continuous professional development events and alumni networking.

Following your enquiry, you will have a preliminary conversation with Claire, our Chief Programmes Officer. During this conversation Claire will ask about your background and experience, your goals and motivations, and your readiness for the programme. This is an opportunity for you to assess whether Meyler Campbell is the right fit for you, and conversely, whether you will be the right fit for Meyler Campbell. After this you will then complete a background information form before having a further conversation with a member of Faculty. Assuming everybody is happy, you will then be put forward into our syndicate matching process which generally takes two to three months.
On completion of the Mastered Programme you can apply for individual accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), with the opportunity to also undertake the application process we’ve established with the Association for Coaching (AC).
