First 90 Days

Simon Fenton, Meyler Campbell Interim CEO, reflects on the positive conversations and experiences within the Meyler Campbell community since stepping into the role in January. Now, looking ahead, he shares his areas of focus and his goals to providing continued learning, support, and ongoing business opportunities.

“In January, I stepped into the role of interim CEO and introduced myself to the Meyler Campbell community. Now, after my first 90 days, I want to share some reflections and thoughts.

The Meyler Campbell community is very special, as evidenced by the many conversations I’ve had over the past weeks. Our outstanding reputation, which I mentioned in January, is well-deserved, and we have achieved so much over the last 25 years.

Looking ahead, there is even more we can accomplish together. By working collaboratively, sharing our experiences, and showing up as the best leadership coaches, we can continue to reinforce our position of pre-eminence in coaching.”

Would you be interested in being coached by a Mastered participant?

Meyler Campbell’s Practice Client Scheme is a learning opportunity created for our Mastered coaches in training to take on coaching practice under the supervision of their Tutor. While our coaches can source practice clients themselves, sometimes they approach us for a recommendation. If you are looking for an opportunity to gain clarity regarding a problem at hand, space to think about an opportunity to regroup and go forward, or wanting to discuss key challenges and issues you’re facing at work, then becoming a practice client could be just what is needed.

If you’re interested in finding out more and how to get involved, then please head to the Practice Client Scheme page here. We advise that you read all the information provided before getting in touch with your request for coaching.

Meyler Campbell LinkedIn Community

In response to feedback and requests for an easy way to find people in the Meyler Campbell community, and to tap into the rich resource of knowledge and experience that sits within our amazing community, we have created a Meyler Campbell LinkedIn group.

The group is open to all alumni and current participants of Meyler Campbell programmes. The more of us there are, the more valuable the group will be, greater diversity of thought, background and experience, more chance of finding people to create affinity groups with or who have the expertise we need, or who can make the introductions we want.

We’d also encourage you to share your own articles, research and accomplishments with us; the Meyler Campbell team will be reading the posts in the group and would love to share what our wonderful community is up to! Join and participate here →
