VIRTUAL TICKET
This is a VIRTUAL ticket to Building Reflexivity: Personal Foundations in Action with William Winstone & Jonathan Males: Session #2.
Connect & Learn: We invite speakers to share practical techniques, tips and fresh perspectives based on their own knowledge and experience. The events provide new insights for coaches and aim to equip you to do or think something differently as a result of the event.
————————————————–
Please Note: This workshop is primarily aimed at experienced coaches who are already using reflexivity in their coaching practice, but wish to develop this muscle further. It also builds on the first Building Reflexivity session in October 2026.
This is Session 2 of 2. Both events can be attended as standalone sessions, but you will have a richer experience by attending both. You can register for Session 1 here: Building Reflexivity: Introduction & Practice with William Winstone & Jonathan Males: Session #1 (Hybrid)

As coaches we are required to work in two places at once. We need to stay fully present to the client and their world, whilst also paying attention to ourselves; our assumptions, emotional responses, blind spots, and the subtle ways our own histories shape what we notice, say and do. Much as we might seek objectivity, our own responses, assumptions and history become part of the story and can interrupt our capacity to be fully present.
This is the work of reflexivity.
In this three hour workshop, experienced coaches William Winstone and Jonathan Males will help you deepen your reflexive ability by understanding more about the potential impact of your personal foundations and history on your coaching practice. This helps you to “be your own supervisor” and raise the quality of choices available to you in your client work.
You will be invited to bring an anonymised client example with you to the session, to then apply your new learning of using reflexivity to your own client case, and delving into how you can take this further into your coaching practice.
Reflexivity allows us to continually learn and hone our craft, to stay aligned with our values, and ultimately to be of greater service to our clients.
