  • Chris Askew awarded OBE, Meyler Campbell graduate and former John Stopford Scholarship winner Chris Askew has been awarded the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the Queen’s 2020 Birthday honours list, for services to people with diabetes. Congratulations Chris we’re all very proud of you!
  • John Stopford Scholarship 2020 Applications, Each year, Meyler Campbell offers up to two free places on the Mastered programme to leaders from the charity sector.   • Key Figures at Tavistock, Meyler Campbell Faculty Member Jon Stokes has been listed as one of the key figures at the Tavistock Clinic, which is celebrating its centenary this year.   • Graduation 2020, Due to the changing restrictions regarding Covid-19, we have reluctantly decided not to hold a formal graduation ceremony for the 2020 graduates this year.  We intend to run a double graduation event on Thursday 23rd September 2021 to which graduates from both years will be invited to bring friends and family.  Be assured that we promise to make the graduation party in 2021 the best one yet!

Daniel Difference Model with Sheldon Daniel

In this webinar Sheldon Daniel, Executive Coach and Strategic Communication Consultant, will introduce us to the Daniel Difference Model (DDM). The model is a way to explore a frame of thinking about your coaching relationship with your clients; attendees will also investigate “difference” in coaching and will be provided with practical tips on managing difference for an effective coaching outcome. Register here

Coaching Fishbowl with Liz Gooster
DATE: Wednesday 18th November | TIME: 3.30pm – 5.00pm (UK Time)

Your coach for this Fishbowl will be Meyler Campbell Faculty Member Liz Gooster. As Liz is fond of saying, coaching is about the client not the coach. This means her style is very much client-led and ‘in the moment’. She likes to keep her coaching fresh by drawing on a wide range of approaches and methods. However, she is highly influenced by positive psychology, so you are likely to see some glimpses of that on display in this session! Register here

Masterclass: The Art of Formulation in Coaching with Sarah Corrie
DATE: Thursday 26th November | TIME: 10.30am – 12.00pm (UK Time)

In a rapidly changing and increasingly complex world, the expertise of coaches will be called upon in new and diverse ways.  In this Masterclass, Professor Sarah Corrie, will share her knowledge and understanding of formulation, and why it is such a vital skill. Formulation can enrich our understanding of our clients’ needs and support us in devising effective and innovative interventions. Attendees at this event will learn more about formulation as an emerging area of interest within coaching: what it is and why it matters; how formulation can help coaches make sense of their clients’ needs; and how formulation can support the coaching process as it unfolds. Register here
