ANNUAL LECTURE 2022
We hosted our first Annual Lecture in three years on 24 November. The event was a big success, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from those in attendance.
If you were not able to join us on the night, then don’t worry, we recorded the event for those who were not there and are pleased to share the link to the full lecture here: Annual Lecture 2022

We have long supported Nova New Opportunities, a small, diverse charity with a big reach and novel approach to social change. This year our support for families and individuals in need is more important than ever.
Nova is led by Director Lizzie Cho, known to many of you in the community as a Meyler Campbell Alumna and the first recipient of our John Stopford Scholarship. This year, we are asking our community to join us in our Winter Charitable Appeal to help support Nova’s work by donating to the organisation directly and/or taking part in their current raffle. The families supported by Nova, very many of whom were victims of the Grenfell fire, are on the front-line of the current cost of living crisis.
We know how generous the Meyler Campbell community are and hope that you will feel able to help this fantastic charity, Nova and its community of beneficiaries will be extremely grateful for any support we can give them, thank you.

OPEN UNLEASHED
The Unleashed programme was designed as an in-house programme for individuals who have a leadership role which would be significantly enhanced by the ability to coach in a peer to peer, line, or client setting. The learning cycle of the programme is rooted in the application of learning in practice, regular feedback and observation, reading and self-reflection followed by further practice. Did you know that we also run an Open Unleashed programme? And we are now inviting applications for the next Open Unleashed Programme, commencing early 2023.
If you, or if anyone you know, may be interested in participating in our any of our programmes, please contact info@meylercampbell.com or call our office on +44 (0)20 8460 4790 and a member of the team will be happy to offer further information.

The Paradox of Success
Being successful isn’t merely about succeeding in the first place, it’s also about learning how to manage success in the long-term. If we fail to do this, we risk experiencing a fall from glory. This is especially true for managers at the top of an organisation. To read Alumnus Christian Greiser‘s article, click here [Image: Meyler Campbell]
